The client's website was in the marketing services industry in the USA. Their services are creatively driven and customers have a long lead time.
Success for this company is determined by the ability to continually fill their lead pipeline and to improve their product offering.
The client initially agreed to a 1 month trial period, but extended to five months, after seeing the quality of the links we delivered.
Challenges
Previously, they had used Google AdWords as an excellent source of leads, but over time this became less profitable. They wanted to transition into using organic traffic to drive revenue, and reduce their reliance on PPC as a marketing channel.
They had already created some compelling content pieces and had the technical components of their site fixed. But they just needed a robust link building strategy to help accelerate their rankings and traffic performance.
Strategy
We analysed their existing content and a SERP analysis to see which pages already ranking, but not on page one, could do with a boost in the SERPs.
We then simply built the links to achieve the required rankings. These included guest posts, resource links and branded mentions.
We also developed a digital PR strategy to attract reputable links on high-end marketing, nationals and regional business pages. This included writing and outreaching informative 'how to' guides.
Results
One of the client's primary goals was to increase organic traffic to their website. After five months of working with Conexsy, they had increased their monthly organic traffic by over 143%. These increases mainly came from the improved rankings for their established keywords, as well as some new keywords. This resulted in 27% more enquiries from leads.
